1. General Conditions
Surgicon Systems will accept orders from overseas with choice of payment terms as follows:

  1. Pre-payment just prior to shipment, by international money transfer, in Australian dollars, into our account as nominated below.
  2. Pre-payment just prior to shipment, by credit card as follows: MasterCard or Visa All charge card orders are accepted subject to normal authorisation by the charge card company.
  3. Payment by irrevocable documentary (letter of) credit (L/C), drawn on a major bank, drafts at sight, to our account as nominated below. Payment by L/C will only be accepted for orders in excess of A$7,500 value.

Prices shown in our price lists are Australian retail prices, in Australian currency, and are FOB Adelaide, South Australia. Freight will be added at cost, with a choice of shipping method available to the purchaser (air freight, sea freight, surface or air parcel post, courier). Please note that by law, any shipment containing collodion must travel as, and be charged as, hazardous goods. It is not possible to send collodion by parcel post.

A minimum order value of A$100 (FOB Adelaide) applies to all overseas orders. Quotations can be provided for all enquiries and are recommended.

Prices are subject to change without notice, unless covered by firm quotation from Surgicon Systems.

2. Terms of Trading and Warranties

All products and services supplied by Surgicon Systems are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Trade.

In addition to any warranties on our products available to you in law, we offer to repair or replace (at our sole option) any products found faulty at delivery or during normal use; within the warranty time offered by the original manufacturer. These warranties are described in the manufacturers' catalogues. Our warranties do not extend to any products which you have modified, or subjected to unreasonably severe operating conditions. We further warrant any elective technical repairs we have made to products owned by you, for a period of one month after return of the goods to you.

NO VARIATIONS TO ANY OF THESE TRADING TERMS WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AUTHORISED IN WRITING BY SURGICON SYSTEMS.

Our preferred method of handling these transactions is to have you complete an order form which includes your charge card details and fax this to us.
