Carole Gordon is English born and has been an Australian citizen for 30 years. She has been a Director of Surgicon Systems since the company was founded in 1984. For the past five years she has been Sales Manager for the Surgicon range of medical products.

Carole holds the degree of Bachelor of Nursing, and is a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with more than 30 years nursing experience. In addition to her role in Surgicon, she maintains her nursing experience by working part-time in a leading South Australian government
